Gluten-Free Light Bread

The taste of white bread with no wheat or gluten of any kind! Makes a great grilled cheese sandwich or fabulous gluten-free toast.  Comes pre-sliced.  Our loaves are now a little larger than before!

• rice flour, potato flour, rice bran or gluten free oats
• yeast
• canola oil or olive oil
• xanthan gum
• salt
• potato starch
• sugar
